Therefore, if your order has not been shipped within six business days of placement, it has entered the production and customization phase; we kindly ask for your patience during this time. The production period takes 5–7 days, and international shipping typically takes 15–21 business days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Go Jersey Store ships internationally, including all U.S. states. Orders may be dispatched directly from our international distribution centers , depending on product availability and destination. All shipments include full tracking information, customer support, and delivery guarantees.
📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Once processing is complete, your order is prepared and dispatched for shipment.
🚚 Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped — not from the purchase date.
- Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6 to 21 business days after shipment.
- Priority Shipping: Faster delivery, estimated between 6 to 16 business days after shipment.
⚠️ During high-demand seasons (holidays, promotions, major sporting events), delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier congestion, or other factors beyond our control.
💬 If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
📍 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
✅ Delivery Guarantee
Go Jersey Store guarantees the delivery of every order.
- All packages include tracking and shipment protection.
- If your order is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, you may request a full refund or a free reshipment — the choice is yours.
💰 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- In most cases, no import or customs fees are charged to the customer.
- Customs policies vary by country. If any duties or taxes are imposed by local authorities, these are the responsibility of the destination country.
- Go Jersey Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, address corrections can be requested within 1 business day at no additional cost.
- If the order has already been shipped or is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $20 USD may apply.
Go Jersey Store is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.
🔍 Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team — we will investigate and assist you in accordance with our Delivery Guarantee.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
Accepted situations:
- Damaged or defective items.
- Incorrect order fulfillment (wrong size, model, or customization).
✅ The product must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags attached.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. A size chart is available on every product page.
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds cannot be processed while the package is still in transit.
- Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
